Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near metro stations, city attractions, and shopping areas, as well as the spaciousness of some rooms. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, with reports of dirty rooms, old towels, and poorly maintained facilities. Service is also frequently criticized, with complaints about unhelpful staff, difficulty finding the hotel, and problems with check-in and payment. Despite these negatives, a few guests appreciated the room size and found the location very convenient for exploring the city.
