Woke up to find roaches in the bathroom sink
Roaches in the bathroom
Loved everything about our stay!
Didn't like the 100$deposit bc I had no idea about it but other then that excellent
Staff was great and friendly. Convenient location. The rooms were clean and comfortable
On the last day there, the weather decided to be nice.
Compass cove met our expectations well. We enjoyed the view from our room. The room was clean and nicely furnished.
Our only negative is the lack of coffee in our room. There was a coffee maker but our last resort provided packets of coffee for the in room coffee maker so it was something we expected.
Better than expected
I absolutely loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and I had a lot of questions and they always helped me Out. Rooms were a little dated though. We stayed in the pinnicle suite. Room was clean though. One the pool Areas was closed so we had to go to another. Was surprised to see a pool closed as it wasn't stated on their website. The breakfast buffet was really good
Old decor in room. Towers being seperate and having to walk outside
On March 13th we arrived at 8 am after a 15 hour drive from MA. The gentleman upgraded our room free of charge in order for us to check in right away instead of waiting til 3 pm. That allowed is to slip in a nap so we could enjoy the sights around town.
They advertise the big beautiful building with a beautiful room. But your actually given the rooms located in the building beside it, which smelled old and they are outdated.
We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in we were told those rooms were being renovated so we had to get 2 doubles. Not very comfortable.
Would definitely go back
Loved the indoor/outdoor pools. Heated outdoor pools and lazy river. Amenities were great. Dvd rental on-site. Great size balcony. Beds were actually soft. Convenient parking. Friendly night staff.
Non-smoking room smelled like smoke
Spent a couple of days away enjoying the beach. Amenities were great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
Unfortunately they don't care for customers
Location, easy access from garage to room, oceanfront
Very noisy as a party was going on right outside our room till midnight , staff wasn't interested or willing to rectify, didn't provide coffee or simple Bathroom essentials. After my third stay, unfortunately I will not return.
Nice stay, super uncomfortable beds
It was my husband and my honeymoon and it was areally nice stay. We were close to everything
The beds are super uncomfortable and I would suggest bringing your own pillow.
