Terrific experience. The hotel is very conveniently located, just 2 S-Bahn stops from the main square of Munich, Marienplatz. (It’s a 4 minute ride.) You can actually access the trains from inside the hotel, 1 level down from the main floor. The concierge was especially helpful. We found the entire staff to be polite and accommodating. Pros (+) Location, big, comfortable, quiet room.
Cons (-) Breakfast should be improved. Free WI-FI policy should be changed definitely. One should not be forced to enroll in Hilton Honors Club (free of charge) in order to login to the free Wı-FI network in the rooms. (It is available to everybody at the lobby.
