The room size was decent.
Horrible staff and service they were rude unfriendly lazy unethical inconsiderate had no ettiquites which made our stay unpleasant. Wouldn't suggest people to go and had bad food quality.

Great staff -very helpful took out printouts when I needed for free . Also helped sort though security footage when my son lost his phone. The apartment is very spacious -overlooks the green of the army canteen grounds . Nice comfortable beds and all facilities like washer dryer /OTG/microwave and cooking grill included.
Compared to before when it was Oakwood- it is a bit run down. The walls had some seepage in the wall paper. Breakfast spread can be increased -but was quite satisfactory on the freshly cooked items .
