Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's convenient location near the airport and the helpfulness of some staff members. However, there are consistent complaints about cleanliness, poor service, and room maintenance. Some guests found the room size adequate, while others felt it was misleading. Breakfast received mixed feedback, and issues with amenities such as air conditioning and lifts were noted. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and maintenance.
