Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests often praised the helpfulness of the staff and appreciated the restaurant food. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including poor room and bathroom conditions and the presence of insects. The location received mixed feedback, with some finding it convenient and others citing traffic and distance from shopping. Value for money was a concern for several guests, who felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality offered. While a few guests enjoyed their stay and found the hotel suitable for conferences or short visits, overall, improvements in maintenance and cleanliness are needed.
