Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests had a negative experience, citing extremely poor cleanliness, unhygienic rooms, and maintenance issues, with many mentioning visible dirt, cockroaches, and foul smells. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful staff and lack of proper room service. Some guests felt the hotel was not worth the price, and amenities did not match online descriptions. However, a few reviews noted good staff support, spacious rooms, and convenient location for airport stays, though these positives were outweighed by the negatives.
