Location was good and it was nice having private parking
Bed wasn't overlay comfortable,
The location of this hotel was excellent. . The room was clean and big. The staff some were friendly especially the cleaners which were amazing. WiFi was good.
The head board in the bed was a nuisance, it kept moving during night time and my daughter banged her head on it and had a nose bleed over the night. Terrible noise from the Parma Orient Hotel close to it as the clients from it sat in the balcony below making noise till midnight and smoking and everything coming into my room from the window. I am asthmatic and can't stand smokes, this would have triggered an asthma attack. The room was incredibly hot with just one standing fan available to cool the temperature down it was impossible to keep the windows shut. You have to use the reception of the Parma orient hotel to get what you want, staff in this big and more luxurious hotel weren't that friendly. The toilet was so small and its toilet and bathroom together separated with a shower curtain. When you managed to have a shower every were becomes wet including the toileting area; The floor becomes slippery and I almost had an accident. It was a health hazard and i was not comfortable with my daughter using that bathroom/toilet. I had to take a extra towel with me anytime i shower to mop the floor off excess water for my safety and the safety of others. This was a shared toilet with 6 room on the floor, just imagine if it was full with people! The play area was packed with outdated and tiny winy baby toys for tots not even toddlers. Area is dark and closed and harbors mosquitoes. My little girl was bitten and end up with red swollen big hard and itchy lumps on her legs. Had to take her to the hospital.
Very polite stuff, easy check-in. Very interesting place with a italian soul. Rooms are simple but very clean. There are o lot of cool places around the block where you can just sit down and relax.
I prefer shower without curtains. Free parking is about 5-10 min walking distance - it's not a real problem but you jut have to keep in mind that.
I liked the location, the staff's kindness and the breakfast facility.
We asked for a fridge in advance by phone, but there was only a single small freezing box, that we have to share with other guests. An air conditioning system would be better than a ventillator. Unfortunately, some of the posted pictures on booking.com do not meet the requested reality (e.g. waterblock).
Location is great
Rooms are a bit noisey, you can hear your neigbours shower.
