Cleanliness, friendly and efficient staff. Excellent food.
Sound proofing in room. ‘Loudish’ neighbours clearly audible.
Good breakfast, gym
Very clean and helpful staff
Spacious junior suite Spotless clean Very helpful and accommodating staff Nice breakfast selection Good starting point for visiting Modica, Noto, Ragusa etc.
The whole concept does not work. The hotel is set in the middle of nowhere with the atmosphere of a city business hotel. No external bar or restaurant, all is indoors and air-conditioned. The pool was open from 9.00 until 18.30 so whenever we were back from our City trips we could not use it. When you travel through Sicily in the middle of August you want to experience summer outside and not in a sterile air-conditioned hall or restaurant. The breakfast room was gigantic with tables for 10-12 people. We felt totally out of place as honeymooners. The junior suite was set in front of the hotel which meant that the passing by lorries and cars during the night were very noisy as they were speeding down the national street. We didn't expect to be fighting noise in the middle of nowhere (one of the reasons we booked the hotel) and we were simply disappointed it had no Sicilian flair whatsoever. A real shame.
Lovely hotel; very relaxing, lovely pool, great breakfast and helpful staff.
