Very very friendly and kind personal, they try to help you with the problems. The location is central.
Rooms are too small, bed was not clean and I asked for a new bedsheets. Bed was also not comfortable. The hotel is close to train station and the building is swaying with the train movement like there is an earthquake. Train driver is staying in the hotel and coming every two hours to his room with a big noise, which was my next room! I couldn't sleep whole night, it was terrible. I had to change my hotel. I definitely not recommmend this hotel.
