Rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location.
They were deep cleaning carpets in hallway and rooms around ours. Fortunately we were out and about most of the day, but it was kind of intrusive. Just wished someone would've given us a heads up. Didn't like paying $17 a day to park in their lot.
Hip, cozy, great location
You just feel sexy staying here. And the beds are so comfortable I didn’t want to leave mine. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And I loved the Milwaukee restaurant- delicious food and great service.
Great location and lovely hotel.
Great location and lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Hotel decor is contemporary yet with a nod to the historic nature of this beautiful building. Location in the renovated downtown area Is ideal for many activities as well as access to walks along the river and stone arch bridge. It is close to great restaurants, theater and sporting events. Dunn Brothers coffee next-door is a bonus!
Booked through Kayak via Get A Room. Though I confirmed my prepaid reservation earlier that day, at check in the front desk clerk was unable to find my reservation for several minutes and rather unfriendly. When she did locate the reservation, she did give us a nice room but overall was not welcoming. For the remainder of the day, all other staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and cheerful.
The hotel was beautiful and had very unique decoration.
Some of the front desk staff were very short and slightly rude. It was a busy day, but in a place this nice, I expect more.
Nice place to stay
Renovations were taking place affecting the bar and restaurant area.
Great hotel, great location!
Clean, nice location only three blocks from the light rail. Good bar on site. Everyone there was awesome!
Was never told once through the entire billing and check in process that there would be extremely loud construction directly above our room on the roof from 8am-noon. Employees at check in could not care less about our terrible experience. I am 26 and I have never written a review. Hope this hotel goes out of business.
