The room service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Bed was super comfy. The parking was easy and there was plenty of parking even for a Saturday night. Checkin was very quick and easy. Room service was quick.
The suite we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website for the suites. We were given the St. Cloud suite and had to walk quite a ways to our room. The only elevator was almost unbelievable far away from the suites. Our room looked much much older than the pictures. The TV was not clear on if there was a way to rent a movie, the only way to watch a movie not on TV was to log into my own Netflix account which felt a little cheap when we were paying over $250 for the night. TV quality was not great for the price of the suite. The shower was designed in a such a way that the water would spray and go out of the tub no matter where you stood in the shower or had the shower curtain, so some of our clothes got wet and the floor got very slippery.
It was modern clean and friendly

A beautiful place! The staff was gracious and super helpful. They made the stay easy. I love the effort to preserve and share the history.. and all the added attention to details. Great Job!
Busy hotel in downtown. Located in an historic train depot. The room was pretty standard but it was clean and comfortable. Every staff person we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great as was the hotel restaurant at dinner time.
We were fine with it but this was a Busy hotel. They had events every night we stayed - a wedding and some business conferences and some big fancy event. We enjoyed watching everyone but it was chaotic....just down in the lobby. No noise problem or anything when in the room.
My husband and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!
