Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the central station, making it convenient for travel. However, the majority of reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, with many describing the rooms and bathrooms as dirty and poorly maintained. Service is frequently criticized as unhelpful or unfriendly, and guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price charged. Numerous complaints also focus on bathroom conditions, including lack of hot water, broken fixtures, and shared facilities. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, most guests were dissatisfied with other aspects of their stay.
