hotel is very clean and cozy, staff very polite and helpfull

as we lived in front of reception and breakfast room it was a little noise early morning

Good location - close to central station and to Lima metro station, nice and helpfull staff, easy to find, nice breakfast, cute owners' dog!

No elevator, a bit smelly room, towels are very thin and barely soak up water, the price is way too expensive to a 2 stars hotel and I think it's possible to find hotel at the same level for less money. I belive that the good rating they have in "Tripadvisor" and other hotels reservation websites went to their head.

Very friendly staff, especially the lady, who allowed my wife and I for some cleaning up on the last day even after we had checked out. As we were departing to Paris on train at night, the refreshing shower really do us a lot of good. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent location, quiet street, nice breakfast room

Breakfast choices very limited. Had to buy my own muesli.

Location is good. Near the Central Station and trams nearby to get to the city centre. Subway also around the corner. Hotel is located in a very surprisingly quiet street, also has a nice backgarden to relax.

We were there in June and at 30degC they did not want to switch on the power supply for the airco (you need a key to do that). The night was like a sauna... Breakfast is absolutely nothing. Some sweet cakes and coffee....

The staffs are too rude, the hotels has no lift and this hotels needs renovation!

First, the man from reception gave us key upon our check in, we went up to 1st floor,our room is not ready, and i find it's a bit old,so i ask for a change of room, the people sitting there were very rude, said no room. finally gave us the toppest floor,which we have to climb up,the room is spacious but very old.

Convenient for us since it was near train station.
