The location was excellent. Close to what we wanted to see and just off the main streets so it was quiet.
We did not receive the room that I selected on booking.com. That is frustrating and has happened before from reservations made on this site. You select the room and then you get to the property and they give you another room. The booking reservation does not keep the pictures up of the room you selected so you can’t even share that with the property to show you selected a different room. The air condition only worked one day but we were not given an adjustment in price for it. That would have been a good gesture from the property. We did love our host however.

Beautiful boutique hotel just behind the Domo Cathedral, perfect location, nice big room, good choice of restaurants nearby. Wonderful owner and staff.
If had better matresses and pillows, we would have rated excellent.

Small family run. It was perfect for our 2 nights in Milan. The location is unbelievable, 3-4 blocks from the Droumo, yet on a quiet street.
