Great hotel, the only negative would be how far it is from the city centre (around 35-40mins by tram). The staff could not be more helpful and the facilities are in great condition.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and slow check-in. The bathroom setup, particularly the lack of privacy and open showers, was a common complaint. The location was seen as neutral, with some finding it convenient and others noting it was far from the center. Overall, while cleanliness and bed comfort stood out positively, service and bathroom design were notable areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
