Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and overall cleanliness. Several reviews mentioned friendly and helpful staff, though there were some mixed experiences with service, particularly regarding reservation issues and lack of apologies. Many guests were disappointed by unavailable or poorly communicated amenities such as the pool, gym, and breakfast, as well as maintenance problems including broken elevators and lack of hot water. While some enjoyed the bar and restaurant, the lack of included breakfast and issues with fitness equipment were common complaints.
