Pros (+) Amazing infinity pool. Hotel is on the Beautiful beach with two chairs and towels included per room.
Cons (-) Hard to sleep due to people partying. Good part the hotel doesn't tolerate . Security is ready to help.

Pros (+) I loved the exceptional customer service, Natalya was amazing. Customer service makes or breaks a vacation and the national definitely made it.
Cons (-) Didn't like that our room was on the stairway but it worked out because we had loud music and we didn't disturb the neighbors.

Cons (-) Air broke 2 nights terrible service terrible crowd and the TV was broken my whole stay. Everyday is have to complain about it and nothing was done. When I asked for at least a night or 2 free because of the inconvenience I was denied

Pros (+) It's nice to be in the middle of everything yet there is not a scene at this boutique hotel. Rather it is mellow and elegant.

Pros (+) Great location, architecture, and a clean room. The beach out back was beautiful and servers at the bar out back were great.
Cons (-) There was a party there that didn't stop until 1am. Carpet wasn't laid correctly and had many humps to trip you up sometimes. Bed was on a wooden box frame with sharp corners that stuck out far enough to leave a few marks on your shins.

Cons (-) One of the pools were being reconstructed, but there wasn't a notice about it anywhere on the site. Should've gave guest a discount. Very disappointed
