When you book the room online on most sites they don’t tell you it has a resort fee of about $150. For 4 nights on top of all other charges & this hardly a resort. It’s just ok seizes it all
Near the beach
Perfect location lot of happenings
Super cute hotel! The staff was very nice. They even explained to us that the hotel used to be used by the Army in the 1930's and we felt it gave the hotel so much more character. There's a courtyard in the middle of the hotel with life size chess, a hammock, Jenga, and picnic tables. And the rooftop pool was gorgeous to watch the sunset from!
Great spot on South Beach for a reasonable price
I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. It was located in a great spot. a little away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Drive but only really a block or two away so you were still within walking distance. Great pool! Happy hour specials and Breakfast included!
Bentley hotel wonderful hotel and best value
the hotel exceeds all expectations. The best value in south beach and the workers are the friendliest people I met my whole time in south beach. The concierge Jason also helped my fiancée and I feel really welcomed.
Nice Place, Great Location
We loved the roof top pool and cabana's. The view from up there was great. The welcome drink and free rum punch was nice. We liked the beach club as well.
The cost of stuff at the beach club was really high. Like $5 for a small bottle of water.
The worst stay ever
Nothing at all
The toilet didn't work and from the base it was flooding the floor in the bathroom it took them a day an a haft to fix it. Then air conditioning started flooding the ceiling causing water damage an a smell of mildew and it started leaking from the ceiling. I was there for 2 nights and each night was hell. No manager was on duty so they couldn't fix my problems.
The staff couldn't have been nicer! Friendly and accommodating! They went far out of their way multiple times!!
Close to the Beach
Staff not very kindly
My room, the view, pool, location, staff.
Taking two elevators to get to the room.
It was near the beach
Fridge made strange noise when cooling process stopped and it waked me up all times. Near the bed was something on the floor and it was sticky.
This was my third visit to the Bentley and first for 10 years. It did not disappoint with its super location on the corner of Ocean Drive and 5th street, great rooftop pool with sea view, friendly, helpful staff and well furnished suites and the great beach facilities at their sister hotel the Hilton Bentley just 5 minutes walk away
Nothing ! I look forward to returning to the Bentley at an early date

Sitting along Ocean Drive, it features a chamfered corner and two facades (one along the east and one along the south end of the building) elaborately designed with all of the hallmarks of the Deco style. Yet, it offers far more than show-stopping good looks.

Less than three miles from the Port of Miami, Bayfront Park Station, and the American Airlines Arena, it is ideal for those visiting Miami on business or leisure.
Amenities-rich, one of its main attractions is its rooftop swimming pool with stunning views. Open for sunrise and sunset views, it features a Jacuzzi, too.
