Room was close to an entry way.
Bed was stained with multiple spots of dog pee, lights wouldn¿t turn on at first and the concierge came in without a mask on when I asked him to check it out. The room triggered my allergies and I was charged a $50 pet fee without prior notice.
There were 2 pieces of trash on our bathroom floor. The fitted sheet had a small hole in it. Front desk wasn't well attended - had to wait for someone to appear.
There was a lot I did not like. The hotel is truly understaffed. Front desk cannot do everything alone.

Not sure if it was a cleaning product smell or what but our room overpowerfully smelled like menâ€™s cologne. Had to leave our door open for 2 hours and was still over powering

We like this hotel because the room access is internal, and the hotel is relatively new. Staff has always been friendly, wish they would re-open the breakfast area.
The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants.
The ceiling in the bathroom was all cracked and warped from water damage. Looked like one part could fall in soon. There were strands of long black hair on the extra blanket for the sofa bed. The air conditioner was extremely loud the entire night.

Half of my complaints are not the hotels fault, I had guests above and beside that were insanely loud at every second I was there.the a/c screamed every 10 mins to wake me up. Staff was very rude when I asked for a receipt on check out.
