location was ok, breakfast was ok, the best part was the bed was comfortable
very outdated hotel and breakfast was only just warm. The hotel was not worth the money and the photos on the web site do different to actual rooms , bathroom very outdated too.
Friendly helpful staff, easy to get to.
At breakfast we weren't shown to a table - there were dishes left on tables and we didn't know if any were free. Sorted it out pretty quickly, but it would have been nicer if she had shown us where we could sit. Having said that she was very busy making coffee for people because the self serve machine was broken. And we did sort it out by asking people getting breakfast if they were sitting there.
The bed was comfortable and room temperature was nice.
I didn’t like that wifi was an extra charge and parking an extra charge. Once you add them to the price of the room we felt it was over priced compared to other accommodation in Melbourne. Wifi is usually a standard with places we have stayed at. The room was really small for 3 people just the beds could fit basically.
Reception staff were wonderful
The customer service was great. Being walking distance /close to the RCH, rooms were comfy and the yummy breakfast especially now you get real coffee included.
The bathroom shower curtain didn't contain the water so the floor got really wet after my daughter showered as she's not use to curtains.
