Whole check-in seemed rushed. Receptionist didnt introduce herself. Felt like she was more interested in receiving the money in cash up front. I was given the key to my room and given directions on how to get there. I arrived at my room and my room door was wide open and when i stepped in and closed the door, the door knob came off in my hand, and without notice i had been changed too a smaller room with no windows and at street level. So i had to climb up stairs with my luggage again back up to reception and notify her of the issue. I was told that the room i had booked had a leak and i couldnt use it. So i asked why am i getting charged for a bigger room if i have been given a smaller room. Also that i cant even use the new room because it doesnt have a working door. So to shut me up i was given the room i had booked originally. I was told i was not able to use the jacuzzi. Which was not an issue because i most likely would not have used it. After a night of intermittent and uncomfortable sleeping i got up the next morning to realise under my bed sheets was another bedsheet but is was made of plastic. And the pillows had this cover too. When i ran out of toilet paper i was given a huge roll of toilet paper. And was told they would install it later. It was never installed.
We spent a really bad stay there. Unfortunately the room was totally different from the pictures. Jaccuzi "broken", no water for one day and so so so noisy all the night... Maybe it was solo a lack of luck but I won't recommand it.
They provide amenities such as snacks, shampoo/razors/toothbrush.
The lights were missing, and there were no windows.
a garbage pale would be nice and lights in the hallway for the rooms on the forst floor
could have a coat hook, there was no place to leave my belongings.
Friendly staff, good price, clean, hot water, good location
I made a reservation for a private room with a king size bed. The room I was given was too small to fit a king size bed, and the window doesn't lock and someone can easily walk from the terrace into the window. I asked for a different room and was given another room with twin size beds. The street below is noisy.
