The staff were exceptional! Very attentive. Wi-Fi provided is good. Great location. 3 blocks away from the main "hang out" area called "Parqué Llerras" and plenty of restaurants, local bars, supermarkets, pharmacies within distance.
Didn't like the bathroom space, even in the Suite with jacuzzi. Too small. They can use additional variety on the breakfast provided. No English channels provided in room however the tv's are "smart tv's" and you can screen share from your phone or tablet, which allows to watch what you like.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Modern and clean room with space. Good location in Poblado, close to restaurants and bars.
Even if the hotel is not located next to the main street, it s noisy during the night. Good breakfast but always the same.

Perfect position, very close to the night life and restaurant but you can also sleep comfortably enough! Big rooms very clean, and with windows that you can open (Quite rare in Medellin)! The staff, particularly Elena, will be there to he lo you at any time! Thank you!
