Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the Haram and nearby services, as well as the value for price. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, particularly regarding bathrooms and linens, and several guests noted issues with service, including unhelpful staff and language barriers. Amenities such as kitchen supplies, toiletries, and shuttle services were often lacking or insufficient. Despite these drawbacks, the location and some aspects of value were seen as positives by many guests.
