Good location. Some old Moroccan charm.
Main staff always seemed annoyed with guests. Breakfast is very minimal with cold coffee, soupy scrambled eggs, etc. Tile mosaic floors are filthy. AC didn’t work. WiFi painfully slow. Many fixtures in bathroom were broke. Shelves in bath so tilted things slide off. Overall hotel needs a thorough update. Very tired.
The Location was very good. Very close to the center. The personell was very friendly. There was a very nice terrasse with a great view.
The room was located to the street. It was very noisy. The other side of the hotel is better. One hour before the official end of the breakast time the buffet was quite empty and there was no refill.
Close to the market square.
Busy street, very noisy, walking out of the hotel directly into heavy traffic and fumes. Also, we were booked into the hotel with a tour group and it was the final stop. We stayed an extra night as we thought it would be easier to stay in the same hotel. However, we were charged for a more expensive room, that we were not moved into. We tried negotiating with staff, to no avail. The hotel could do with a renovation and double glazing. It was also very dark on the stairs.
Attractive Riad just on the edge of the main square, which means that you can get there by taxi and it's reasonably quiet.
It was quite dark as they only opened the roof a crack. The breakfast was inedible and our room only got cleaned once in 3 days. The staff were a bit off hand too, which is unusual in Morocco. We are also concerned that we may have been charged twice - just looking into that now!
Location but conversely bad for people with street facing rooms. Our room at the back was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was almost non existent. No one seemed to be monitoring it. Hand held shower over bath but no fixture to place it. Awkward. Staff did help but not with a smile.
