We stayed here for 3 nights. The room itself was nice and well decorated and the spa in the room worked perfectly. A nice way to relax after spending time in the busy city. The location is great just a 3-5 minute walk from the doorstep of our Riad to the middle of Jemma el fna. The ally to the entrance of the Riad mat be sketchy at first so I recommend asking someone to meet nearby and walk you. Through booking.com/ kayak, I asked the Riad to decorate the room romantically and to my pleasant surprise they added roses and made cute swans out of the towels. When we arrived they even surprised us with a cake - a lovely gesture and everything was free of charge as stated in a message sent directly front he riad. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After checking out and on the way to the airport, they called our driver and asking us to pay an extra 15 euro for the cake that we never asked for, the coffee that came with our breakfast and the water we never received. An uncomfortable and awful way to leave the Riad. On the brighter side, the manager did reach out to send her apologies. The people working in the Riad are super helpful and very friendly. You can find someone anytime you need, it is ran by some boys at night who are very friendly and a girl during the day who was very helpful to us in booking our hammam in Arabic. In addition, please don’t expect this Riad to clean your room and the terrace is used to hang clothing and not a place to relax. For the price, I would not say it was worth it. However, if you are solely looking for location close by to Jemaa el fna then yes this would be the place for you.
