hotel workers can not speak english. it is too difficult to comminicate with them. they all speak french only. and some rooms are does not have toilet door. there is just curtain for toilet instead of the door. and the hotel is near to souk area but area "is not so good" specially night time

The young male worker was helpful and very accomodating to ensure that we had a pleasent stay. Breakfast was the standard morrocan tea, coffe, oj, bread and pastry, but the male work was very accomodating and made us boild eggs also. The last morning, they made crepe, which were delious.
The hotel owner was not friendly, and it did not help that she spoke french but not a word of english, which made it hard to communicate. I did try my best to use my basic french words. The location, is in the old city, its nice to stay here to get a feel of the area, but the riad is hard to locate and is in a dark alley, which is not very safe for lone women. The rooms are small, but does the job. The room we had was for three persons, which had a double bed, but they third bed was more like a chair which could be used as a bed, for a supplementary price.

Very beautiful fully restored riad. A bit tricky to find within the Marrakech medina but worth the effort. Chantal, the owner, is very attentive and responsive. Great roof terrace to enjoy the sunset.

The friendly, helpful owners were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble even though we didn't speak each others language! It didn't make any difference. The Riad was clean, comfortable and was close to local restaurants and points of interest.
As with all Riads we stayed at during our Moroccan holiday, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. I missed my early morning cuppa more than anything!
