The riad was beautiful. We had the sultan room it was very beautiful also. Amine was the perfect host to us. He explained us everything about Marrakech. Thank you so much!!! I chose this riad because the parking is 1 min walk so we dont have to walk thru the medina with luggage. The neighborhood is not really touristic but very typical, you have to walk 25 minutes to Jemaa El Fna but it was not a problem for us.
I loved everything
Jana and the team provided proffesional, friendly and excellent service. They helped in everyhing we needed and more. The building and the room was clean, tasteful and beautiful.
The Road host is super friendly and really helpful. She talks you through getting around in Marrakech and makes everything much easier with custom maps and picture books. It honestly made our trip so much better listening to her and following the advice. Also a great breakfast and lovely room.
It's not as central as other options so there is a bit of a walk to the souks and main sites. But it is walkable to the main square or a cheap taxi ride away plus the walk is interesting giving you a flavour for real Marrakesh as well as the tourist stuff.
Hana and her team are the best! Super great communications among themselves. We instantly felt at home when arrived. We had early morning trips and they would pack us breakfast for the road. They go out of their way to help you. The riad and rooms are very clean. We also like every little detail around the place. It shows how much care and love the host has put into this beautiful riad.
It’s located all the way in the north end of the Medina. If you want to visit the square and souk, you could either walk or take a cab which is about 4-5 euros.
The most friendly and reliable staff - communication per email was very quick and good, if you are coming by car they come pick you up at a nearby pharmacy (kechich) and show you a place where you can park (paid 150 DH for 3 nights). They also give you maps and make sure you wont get lost in the red city :) thanks a lot to the owner for all the great tipps on restaurants and daytrips! Breakfast is very good as well, changes ever day :)
The pool is small, more for decoration than to take a swim, but i guess that is the case in most riads :)
