Under new management (I think from feb 2020) the Hotel has been beautifully and traditionally renovated and a lot of effort has been put in to make it a wonderful place to relax, an oasis just the outskirt of the city! We stayed here one week with my wife to get away somewhere nice to relax! The rooms open onto the lovely garden with its banana tree, wonderful flowers and pool. Sunbeds are very comfortable and high quality, you can have a really relaxing and enjoyable time by the pool. The rooms are so specious and gorgeous, you feel like the king in the suites. It is important that the bed was huge and very comfortable. Everything spotlessly clean. We had kettle with coffee, tea, and water provided in the room. Daily housekeeping. The hotel has several different style rooms, we saw three of them, and all was magnificent. You feel like you get to know the staff, who were all fantastic and would go out of their way to help in whatever we needed. They treat us like their own family. The managers and the director of the hotel gave us a very friendly welcome, and made sure we always have everything if needed. Rahima at the reception gave us maps and information on Marrakech, and treated us to our first taste of proper Moroccan mint tea. The manager of the hotel made sure that we could taste the best and most traditional Moroccan dishes during our stay. Breakfasts were fantastic with always fresh orange juice, honey, olive oil, cottage cheese, croissants, Moroccan fresh, warm bread, eggs etc. and slightly different every day. It was served on the terrace and a lovely way to start the day. They always treated us like a personal friend. The staff is friendly and really kind. The Hotel arranged a driver to take us to the city or wherever we wanted to go; they also could arrange tours and activities like Atlas Mountains, waterfalls, camel riding etc. - would thoroughly recommend this if you have the chance. They let us update for lunch and dinner, when delicious traditional
There is no hot water. The exchange rate was very high and bad breakfast
The staff made my stay a pleasure
Checking process, long waiting, impolite hotel manager. poor Breakfast. phone not working in room .
It's not a 4 stars hotel but the price is worth it.
