When you enter the gates it’s like a green Oasis , the gardens are beautiful and the rooms are decorated to a high standard and have a different unique style and amazing views .
The Hotel is run by a family and treat you like a royal, the staff are very friendly . They go out of there way to make sure your stay is enjoyable . The gardens have orchards so fresh orange juice for breakfast all the meals are fresh ,they grow there own veg . The have tortoise roaming the garden . It’s so tranquil all you can hear are birds and the odd donkey . It’s the nicest hotel i have stayed in .I will go back again one day .
This is an excellent, small(10 rooms) family run hotel in the country outside of Marrakech! Each room is decorated to individual design. The roses in the large garden were stunning, as were the views of the High Atlas. Maria, Azeddine and Zach were amazing hosts, with a professional team of staff. Service was of a very high standard. Great base for visits to the mountains and Marrakech, with a private gym, spa and haman. This was a return visit for us and will not be our last!
Its sooooo beautiful, you can relax and enjoy the environment easily. The staff is always available to assist with anything you need. We went as an english speaking family but had no trouble communicating with the staff. The rooms are beautiful, each one different and unique in a special way. The gardens are breath taking and the pool area is so relaxing. Everything was well thought out - love it. Its a super luxury home away from home. Try the spa its amazing.
The property was great, I cannot fault it, However, one thing I would change (the only thing) is to make additional side options for breakfast that are available upon request. For example, someone can order sausage or baked beans or hash brown. These are easy to prepare. Everyday the breakfast is the same, literally they serve the same thing each morning. When it comes to breakfast there was nothing to look forward to. Basically they serve 1. A selection of breads (chapati, crepe, crumpet and toast) 3. a selection of accompanying spreads (jams, cream cheese, marmalade and butter) 3. yoghurt (three or so flavours) 4. One egg per person cooked how you like. (If its an omelette you have to pay extra for cheese, mushroom, onion etc etc) 5. Coffee, Tea, Orange juice That was a disappointment for us, it would be nice to add some variety which can be pre ordered.
From the warm welcome by all members of the family and staff to the food the environment and the absolute willingness to cater for every wish. Every element outstanding.
