Pros (+) I liked the place, its really nice. the staff at night are not too friendly i guess..breakfast was not included so they made me pay for it

Cons (-) Very bad customer service...we had 1 person before us being help for check in....and we waited at least 1hour!!!!!! Very hot in the hotel....very bad air conditioning in the room. Will not go back there for sure
