Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight serious concerns about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and the presence of pests such as roaches and bedbugs. Service is also frequently criticized, particularly regarding unhelpful or unfriendly staff, difficulty obtaining clean towels, and unmet expectations for amenities like breakfast. Safety is a significant worry, with several guests reporting feeling unsafe due to the hotel's environment and clientele. While a few reviews note a convenient location, the negatives far outweigh the positives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
