Cons: Beach transportation was a bit lacking.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The restaurant was closed (which was not mentioned) I was there with my girlfriend and we wanted a romantic early breakfast, instead we had a pool exercise class going on right in front of us . The instructor was yelling his instructions . Absolutely a “buzz kill”
Cons: Restaurant on site was closed. Which was not mentioned prior to booking. Had to do unnecessary traveling for diner. And a lot of grounds was closed due to maintenance.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartments are large with good living/kitchen area. Pool was great. Views of the Pacific from the pool are stunning. Kids loved the self designed pancakes for breakfast.
Cons: The lift directly to the apartment opened unannounced a few times, with people in the lift. This was a little concerning regarding security.

Pros: The 3 bedroom appartement was beautifully designed and very confortable with 2 bathrooms, a terrace, 3 balconies, an equipped kitchen and nice living room. The service is great and beachtowels are easily provided. The pool is beautiful and the small beach wild. We enjoyed yoga classes on the yoga platform and unfortunately we missed the free cooking classes
Cons: The proposed activities through third parties on the website were a little disappointing, for example the catamaran for whale watching embarked almost 100 visitors.

5.8 Okay
Pros: I loved the staff at the hotel. They really did an amazing job to make us feel like royalty. If anything good can be said about the hotel, it's definitely the staff members here that make this place amazing. The breakfast staff and the golf-cart staff were super nice. Really loved them. The breakfast was really good, and the front pool was really nice.
Cons: There were several things wrong with our stay. First, when we stayed at the hotel, there were people doing construction right outside our room, meaning they can look into the room to see everything. Secondly, the rooms were a bit musty. The jacuzzi was never heated; we kept calling the front desk and asking them to turn the heat on. However, that was never resolved. You can't even adjust the jacuzzi from your suite. In the mornings, we woke up with construction noises because they were working on a rooftop in the adjacent suite. During night time, the rooms are dimly lit. The pathway from the hotel restaurant to our villa seemed dirty. It was always slippery - be careful when walking here. The room service options are extremely limited; it has one of the most limited options in Costa Rica. The wi-fi was so bad in the room. We kept losing our internet connection every 20 minutes. Finally, at one point in the night, we asked for a taxi cab to take us to dinner (in the rain), and I am not sure if the front desk forgot to call the taxi because we waited in the cold and in the rain for a while and had to remind them again. If you are considering this hotel, I would not recommend it. We come to Costa Rica regularly and would recommend staying at El Parador Resort and Spa or even Gaia Hotel, which is nearby. Don't waste money on this one.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Excellent service.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views. The pool was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. There were many great restaurants nearby. The marina was great for food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fishing was kickass & it was off season too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were immaculate and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: The hotel is built in the mountains so be aware there are many steep inclines and the beach is a 1/2 mile down a very steep incline. If you are fit this shouldn't be an issue but if you have mobility restraints this could be problematic. The grounds are absolutely beautiful!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the food quality, service and facilities of the property!
Cons: n/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel setting is an amazing retreat to nature, with design inspired by nature. The location is very private and relaxing. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and caring. Esteban and Darwin did a fantastic job of welcoming us to the property, and answering all of our questions. The fresh breakfast and different juice daily were a real treat!! The wild beach on the property was beautiful but (very) rocky, so we enjoyed going a little uphill and then down the path to a proper local surfing beach. Maravillioso!!
Cons: The steep surfaces were precarious in the rain, but we avoided any spills.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in the middle of the rain forest.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was amazing! Staff was friendly and attentive. There was wildlife everywhere and it was incredible. The pools are amazing and the restaurant is pricey but great. The desserts are all stupendous. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and I will try to come back!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The lush landscaping made you feel like you were in the middle of a tropical rainforest. Rooms, common spaces, and pools were all very clean and staff were always busy making sure the property stayed clean. Food was excellent including the free breakfast buffet. The biggest asset is the staff; everyone was EXCEPTIONAL! Nicole at reception was very pleasant and by far the most attentive to our needs out of any hotel experience I’ve had by far. Our family decided to take a last minute overnight trip to Fortuna/ Arenal and Nicole called the next day to check in as the housekeeping staff were concerned our room Was untouched and we hadn’t been seen around the property. That level of commitment to guest safety and satisfaction is truly rare and was much appreciated.
Cons: Airport shuttle would be a plus but not a deal breaker.

Cons: When we booked the room it said we would have an ocean view, big balcony, and hammock but we didn’t. Also kitchen was closed so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. And the walk to the room was intense. Not good for older people but we were fine.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fabulous. The three brothers made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations.
Cons: Thicker curtains would be beneficial in the tree top dome room, as the sun rose so early it made it harder to sleep past 5am! Also the addition of sun loungers by the pool would be great :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delicious but we were a little disappointed that there were no other meals available. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when helping us find places to eat and activities to do.
Cons: We had a strange insect problem in our room but the staff took care of it immediately .

Regular visits from monkeys, iguanas and birds made for an amazing experience. A number of great places to eat with international cuisine are just a few minutes walk away (not many Costa Rican dishes on offer).
Cons: Food and drink prices were rather off putting and so we ate out every night. There was nothing else that I would be negative about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: amazing view great location
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I traveled to Manuel Antonio with my 16-year-old son. It was our first time in Costa Rica. We love Costa Rica. While in Manuel Antonio we stayed three nights at Mango Moon Villa and two nights at a high ranked resort. In the past, I have preferred small boutique hotels and my son has loved resorts, so we made reservations for both. After three hours at our resort, my son said he wished we would have remained at the Mango Moon Villa. When we first arrived at the Mango Moon Villa we were greeted by Ramone. We had just traveled overnight by plane and then a three-hour bus ride and were exhausted. We arrived before check-in time and Ramone helped us get into our room early. Thank you Ramone! Our first morning at breakfast, Mark the owner, pointed out birds and described the animals he has right from where we were sitting. Ramone helped us connect with our tour guides and helped us with everything we needed. The views from the Mango Moon Villa are stunning and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. The Mango Moon Villa was a perfect place to come back to after a day of adventure. It is also perfectly located near many restaurants. We absolutely will recommend the Mango Moon Villa to others and hope to make our way back there someday.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: great location, wonderful stuff we really enjoyed our stay... after three wonderful nights we left in order to search a new hotel a little bit down south ... after a day in the car we did not find anything nearly that nice as Mangoo Moon Villa we decided to drive back a stay two more nights ... you could imagine the laugh of the stuff when we came back ... but definetly we loved the two extra nights... many thanks again to the stuff of the villa who made our stay exceptional !!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice and spacious room with beautiful views. Easy to walk to nearby beaches and restaurants from the Hotel. The staff were nice also and the hotel was very clean and tastefully furnished.
Cons: Only continental breakfast (2 slices of toast and fruit) included. There was a good choice of other breakfast options, but they were extra (4-8 USD)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing water front view In beautiful garden, we had the chance to see birds, monkeys and even Toucan drinking!
5.1 Okay
Pros: Gentleman staffing the hotel on 3/10/17 was very helpful and we appreciated his attentiveness. Hotel has great view of ocean.
Cons: not a great experience and most of staff/management not helpful. Will not stay there again
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The views
Cons: The woman at the front desk was not nice. It said it came with breakfast, but it was just a small plate of fruit. The room was run down and smelled like mold the beds, bedding, towels etc were all old and gross. The towels were actually ripped. We will not go there again, for the money we could have gotten a much nicer place. It says pet friendly but is not when we arrived we were told put black lab was too large, we had to argue for thirty minutes after driving 5 hours to stay there. The WiFi didn’t work

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and helpful staff, beautiful view
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were very happy with our stay at this property! The accommodations are spartan, but completely adequate, especially when you realize the price. Now let me tell you about the view! It is extraordinary! We sat on our terrace as much as possible, watching the changing skies. You have the Pacific spread in front of you just beyond the emerald green valley and hills. You can relax in a hammock with a beer. We saw macaws, toucans and other birds, horses, chickens, puppies, a cat and an iguana in the trees. You will be happy if you like to travel on a budget. We loved everything, including the other guests. The restaurant prepared us a really good Costa Riquenan lunch. Also, I must add that Juan Carlos is wealth of information about local eateries and things to do. He is a charming and hard working young man. Take a left and go into Quepos for a good fish dinner and night life, or take a right to Manuel Antonio, the town, and the National Park. We had a wonderful stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful terrace with hammocks and awesome view, really nice and helpful staff
7.5 Good
Pros: The hostel has a nice homely feel to it which we absolutely loved. The views are amazing as well! The receptionist initially seems a bit abrupt but I think it’s because his English his limited - he actually went out of our way to help us and provide us with information on trips and spent time playing games in the evening with us. All in all, a lovely stay.
Cons: Nothing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view and common areas are fantastic, nice staff, close to the busstation and supermarket. Room is clean and quiet during the night.

Cons: Kitchen supplies could use an update.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous views, helpful staff
Cons: Have to walk up a slight hill to get to the center of town
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view is just fabulous and the bus stop to town, the beach and the national park is close by (as well as 3 supermarkets). There are a couple of cheap restaurant up the road. The shared kitchen and living room (between 2 rooms when staying in a double room) are great. Only ‘criticism’ is that there was nowhere in the room to hang or put your clothes in or on...
Cons: Only ‘criticism’ is that there was nowhere in the room to hang or put your clothes or towels on and since I needed my backpack during the day I had to put everything on the bed or floor

7.5 Good
Pros: we liked nothing, to the extent that we left the hotel the next day and moved elsewhere . However the staff was lovely, very accommodating and trying to help.
Cons: Well, what should have alerted me was the receptionist taking the full payment prior we were checked in, had we seen the room we would have not paid; the hotel is very old and tired; definitely doesn't suit to families with children, in my opinion the sports bar that is a part of the hotel is noisy, we were told that it would be noisy over the weekend, i can't imagine what it would have been like since it was quite noisy on a week day we stayed there our windows overlooked the main road and the parking lot-not very exciting at all we were so disappointed that we didn't even try the breakfast the next morning and instead went looking for an alternative
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! What a great place! Loved it!!
Cons: N/A
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice room! (The suite)
Cons: The shower faucet and drain need a little work.

Pros: Beautiful resort that allows you to see the local wildlife from your porch! Very clean! Staff was so very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend
Cons: The only thing was the bed was a bit harder than I am used to.

Pros: Very clean, good location. Friendly staff and monkeys come and visit in the morning
6.3 Good
Pros: Location. Close to Manuel Antonio national park, pool
Cons: Very low value for money.. Low maintenance of facilities. Poor breakfast. No catering for vegetarians and for diabetics.
6.3 Good
Pros: The great view and the friendly staff made up for what would have been a completely disappointing experience. Obviously Manuel Antonio is a top location in Costa Rica.
Cons: The hotel has potential. But the facilities are not being kept in the best conditions. The room smelled due to humidity. The bathroom did not have basic necessities like shampoo. The breakfast setting needs attention. The guests were completely surrounded by wasps and other insects so bad that we could not enjoy the breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff are great! Restaurant is also good :)
Cons: You need to reconnect every two hours to the WiFi
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location location location
Cons: My room was under the dining area and next too rooms that was under construction. We only had 1 night left do we didn't move. They gave us the option to so that was nice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Best location to visit the park
Cons: Some rooms entrance are by the corridor with no privacy. Choose only rooms at upper building
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice facilities. Awesome view. The employees were super friendly and went the extra mile. Location is very convenient too.
Cons: The rooms were a little small but nice
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The view was spectacular. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The food was excellent. The pool was great. And the locations was also excellent.
Cons: The stairs were fine but could be a problem for some. And the rooms were narrow and tight, bit a decent value considering the location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved everything about this place. Great location; right by Manuel Antonio National park and walking distance from the beach and so many great restaurants and shops. The rooms were smaller than expected but still good. Beds were very comfortable. Place was clean except for some construction that was being done on our floor. Pools were great with beautiful view of the beach from the top one. The best part of our stay though was the staff. Everyone was just so helpful and friendly we were sad to leave. Kim at front desk booked all our activities for us and made sure to check and remind us. Alonso and Erick were always there to help us around the property and share some tips about places to visit or things to do. Elizabeth and Jasson at the bar/restaurant we just amazing. Everyone was so awesome, we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
Cons: Small rooms
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is hard to beat.
Cons: The breakfast area was infested with wasps, impossible to enjoy -- staff just shrugs at it. Also, they expect you to wear wristbands for the duration of your stay (I didn't), like it's an amusement park or something.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. It had a fridge that worked well. They gave us a free bottle of wine on the last night.Close to beach and park entrance.
Cons: The attached restaraunt was pretty pricey. Coffee was not included with the room.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Well located. Nice size rooms.
Cons: I had no view. But I booked late. Restaurant expensive. Especially breakfast. Should be discounted for guests.
4.2 Okay
Pros: We didn't enjoy our stay here very much. The hotel is old and really basic and the decor is bad. The pool looks great in the pictures but in reality is in the middle of the hotel and there is no view from it. The only good things about this hotel are: proximity to the national park & the food. In fairness the dinners and drinks we had here were WONDERFUL and probably one of the best in Costa Rica. The lunch you can buy to take into the national park is awful and SO over priced. Do not buy it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was great staying here. The day after we checked in we went to playitas and when we were too hot we came back to a room that had been neatly cleaned and they even turned the ac on for us! The bed was also giant and extremely comfortable. It was one of the best places we have stayed in Manuel Antonio!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Very good location
Cons: I got a noisy room above the restaurant
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location right at the entrance to the state park.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great little hotel in a jungle setting with friendly helpful staff and nice pool to cool off in. Very well placed for restaurants and Manuel Antonio National Park.
Cons: A little noisy at times as it’s close to road, but all hotels in the area are the same as there is only one road along this stretch of coast. Didn’t effect us too much.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff very nice and helpful.
Cons: I would have like a bit more breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool, parking, a/c. Falling asleep to raindrops on ceiling and waking up to monkeys howling. Staff was great. Very nice experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a beautiful hotel in the middle of the jungle. Saw a lot of animals just near the hotel, actually more than when I went to the Manuel Antonio national park. The owner is a very nice and helpful man who can tell a lot about the surroundings. Also the staff is very friendly! It is near the beach, only a 3 minute walk
4.2 Okay
Cons: Unwelcoming staff, without consideration for their guests
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very good location, near the beach. No need to use a car, to get on the beach or visit national park.
Cons: We were in a room on the ground floor. Bathroom has no window or ventilation, so the moisture air from the bathroom come in the living room. It made us feel, how wet the sheets are on the bed.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to beach, excellent breakfast, very nice staff, more wild life around the hotel than Manuel Antonio park.
Cons: Shower heads
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We like the building, the rooms and very friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast could have been a bit more abundant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very nice Lodge near Manuel Antonio National Park (15Minutes away from the entry). You can get within 5-10 Minutes to a wonderfull beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved to see the monkey pass the Lodge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel manager Julio was great and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious!
7.5 Good
Pros: Proximity to Manuel Antonio National Park is nice. Breakfast is decent. Monkeys are all over their property so be aware of your belongings and food when eating breakfast on site. Nothing too overwhelming, they're fine, but just a heads up.
Cons: I didn't like the location of my room within their hotel. It was right by the pool/cafeteria area, so it is very noisy. The bedroom floor was a bit dirty with sand. Bed sheets to cover yourself were too thin. No window or fan on the bathroom, so all the steam and bad odors get trapped within the bedroom. When I made the reservation it said on the confirmation that I would have to pay 50% of the stay at arrival but it didn't specify it would have to be cash. When I got there, they told me they only accept cash payments. So be aware to have enough money on you when checking in at their hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tiki burger
Cons: I couldn't keep the puppies

5.8 Okay
Pros: the pool area is very nice and the location is perfect if you are looking for a central location in Manuel Antonio.
Cons: The Building is old and the rooms smell like old wood but are comfortable. There is no WIFI availability in the rooms and the staff from Reception and Restaurant are not the same administration so they should have more alignment on the communication. TV service is very bad they have a very bad cable connection. that service is basic for the rate that they charge
9.6 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: The scenery is amazing, monkeys, sloths, wild birds were a great sight.
Cons: The constant vendors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist went above and beyond to help me with travel plans. Great service provided!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent value for your money. The person in the front desk was great and the room clean and big, for the money you pay you get more than you expect.
6.3 Good
Pros: Property is nice
Cons: Breakfast wasn’t good at all.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly The rooms are quite spacious
Cons: An iguana was making a neat on top of my ceiling tiles and kept me up all night. The rooms are dark - they hardly get any natural light and have very few and very dim lights. Breakfast fruit helpings were very small (literally an inch of papaya, two slices of banana, and a triangle of watermelon)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good; I was able to make my own coffee in the early morning; the staff was helpful and very friendly; I enjoyed the well-done conversion of shipping containers into compact lodging. It is far enough from the main drag to be peaceful, close enough for a cheap taxi ride.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The pool were pretty
Cons: The room was not clean, there was a bugg in the shower. No hot water. Breakfest was just eggs and fruits. Bad Hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stuff was really pleasant, the breakfast was good, rooms are clean, modern and big. The hotel has 5 swimming pools and very charmful garden. Really good value for the money! And family friendly! I recommend it!
Cons: Room without outdoor window was big, beautiful and clean, but it was a little bit scary. But they change it when we ask for it with no problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pools, great breakfast, friendly staff, quiet and peaceful.
Cons: I didn't dislike anything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We originally booked a standard room for two nights. When we arrived, we were told that we were upgraded to a deluxe room for the same price. By the end of the second day, we were not yet tired of the beach and found the staff so helpful that we decided to stay an extra night. We even got to stay in the same room for the same price! The place really has it all, except an ocean view; it has nice rooms, a good restaurant, and a pool.
Cons: Like most restaurants in the area, the food costs more than it seems like it should. That being said, it is easy (and cheap) to get on the bus to go to Quepos to frequent a "soda."

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness at the reception and all the staff, including Jorge and Andres who work at the bar/restaurant. The view from the room and the pool. Also the free shuttle to the beach.
Cons: The Buffett breakfast! . Some of the food items were far away and you had to really stretch to reach them. I wasn't sure whether to serve myself or to wait for someone to serve me. I always had to ask for someone to help me as some of the food items were too far away for me to help myself.
7.5 Good
Pros: The beds were comfortable and a nice view.
Cons: The property is nice but not kid friendly. The decks were opened so we had to have them fix our deck to put mesh up. Also the two stairs inside they put up a semi permanent gate which did not swing , it was difficult for us adults to climb over. The pool was nice but one day we had incident where they tried to charge us for 17 margaritas.. no joke. My husband flipped out on the server and they did fix it. We had maybe 4 or 5 max between the three of us. It was very weak drinks although the staff was friendly it was too bad they tried to charge us so much for drinks when they were very weak.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything at Si Como No was amazing! The room and grounds were beautiful and well cared for. All of the staff were very friendly and super helpful, as well as attentive and knowledgeable. While the hotel was a bit away from the beach, they made visiting the coast easy by providing their own shuttle to and from. There were supermarkets and bars within walking distance, and the hotel was also on the road for public transportation, so it was very easy to get around!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gorgeous view, tranquil setting and very friendly accommodating staff. Also excellent food and drinks.
Cons: The bottom bed sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed and top comforter was alittle too heavy and was hot. The mattress was comfortable but the bottom sheet didn’t fit and stay on. Other than that and a few sugar ants the room was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and always up to help you and guide you. Bed was very comfortable, the view was amazing and the food was really good. 10/10 for me.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Issimo is a lovely boutique hotel. Guests are greeted with a complimentary cocktail and refreshing cold face towel. The staff is attentive and professional. All the large rooms have a spa tub and great views. The complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, cheese coffee is great. We dined both nights in the open air restaurant with ocean views; the food was beautifully presented & delicious. The outdoor pool and deck have ocean views and the spa massage was wonderful. We booked a rafting trip with the concierge and were very pleased. Issimo Suites is owned by a charming Italian family; the menu & attention to detail reflect their desire to pamper guests. I would highly recommend it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The photos online don't really do it justice, you must be present to get the full experience. We were greeted with drinks and cold towels, walked in to a room with a view of the water and garden area - I felt like I was outside but protected by a window. The shower and inroom spa tub was amazing to use while looking out the window that spanned an entire wall. The food was amazing everyday and the staff, I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were kind, attentive, and helpful. We took a chance and didn't book any activities until we got there, totally out of our norm, however, every single tour (3) the hotel booked for us also exceeded our expectations. If you're in the MA area, stay here!!!!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Small personal attention was great. Very clean throughout.
4.2 Okay
Pros: View and location
Cons: Most everything, old hotel, ants all over the place, including our bed. Insanely over priced coffee in the room ($33 for four capsules of coffee...) And on. Really, unless you have no other choice...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We got an upgrade to the penthouse that included jacuzzi and amazing views. Everything was great.
Cons: Restaurant food was good but quite pricey maybe.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view of the ocean
Cons: Terrible room service. Was given wrong room and had to ask to be changed to my proper room (penthouse suite). Laundry service extremely expensive. Same song playing in restaurant for 45 minutes.. twice. Had to actually ask staff to pay attention and change it. Food wasn't special, just food. Couldn't get any ice because they don't have much... it's wasn't enjoyable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is the best. The food is excellent. The view from every room is incredible.

Cons: Breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic and helpful staff. They go out of their way to assist you, greet you and make you feel welcome during your entire stay. Wonderful restaurant at the edge of the rain forest.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful, lush & elegant and the staff was so accommodating and friendly!
Cons: We stayed in Room 120, the 3 bedroom suite with a personal infinity pool. The suite was HUGE and beautiful, but it’s right under the kitchen. Every morning between 5:30-6am we were woken up by the kitchen staff dropping things and banging pots and pans while they were getting ready for the day. Instead of being able to sleep in and relax, it’s a jarring way to wake up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly, accommodating staff, location is amazing! We loved the convenience of the resort and the layout. Beach was in a hidden little cove with a beautiful sand & rock beach.
Cons: Food was pricey and OK
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: The wifi was constantly failing. Prices for the spa and bar were outrageous. Broken elevators. RAYBAN POLARIZED SUNGLASSES WERE STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM!!!!!! Manager was in disbelieve, not returning calls, we spend the rest of our trip trying to get in contact/ waiting for a resolution or at least a call back and they never did!!! Now we call from The states and the "manager" won't come to the phone, very unpleasant staff stated that they are not able to give guests more information about management. Sadly our sunglasses were stolen and nothing was ever done about it. A lot of better options around the area for a lower price.
