the hotel is on a very busy street, so quite noisy to sleep, but with earplugs, I was fine.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff who went out of their way for us.
No elevator, insufficient supplies in the bathroom. Quality of towels. No place to put stuff. Shabbiness. Staff exceeded expectations. Noise from street, no view.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff.
The smell of the cleaning products they used on the floors. WiFi only works in common areas. Hardly any restaurants in the area. It’s the shopping district.
