The staff are very accommodating.
On my way to airport, the front desk called me to inform me that I left my driver’s license with them. Sana they returned it to me when I checked out because after check out I still stayed in the lobby for an hour pa. Anyway, my daughter is going there to get it on my behalf. Please accommodate her. Thank you po.
Nice Location, i have stayed here many times because of this. Otherwise the quality of the product has reduced over every visit and now the prices are bot proportionate to the mediocre rooms. The star rating is also a joke.
The staff and the way I was treated/threatened after many years of patronage. Being sent to the Police station because the customer services representative couldn’t handle my description of the hotel and its policies and chose to use Philippines law to alienate a guest. This is the worst hotel in Manila, be warned. Especially Brett their security representative who thinks it is acceptable to intimidate a guest in this so called international hotel. All because I mistakenly used a vape in my room (and paid the $100 fine without complaint.) the hotel showed no warnings to not do this, and said that a no smoking sign is the same, yet smoking and vaping are two very different things and other hotels are explicit on this to avoid such misunderstandings. I did have video evidence of my disgusting experience with them but was forced to remove this from my phone and told not to discuss this outside the hotel. Anywhere else i would have been politely warned. But here Kris Santos took great delight in telling me i had incurred the fine on the spot and couldn’t have been more cold to a guest if she tried. What a horrible experience and i was made to feel like a criminal, having stayed there more than 10 times and booked my staff there many times you would have expected some level of understanding... but no, just like the slowly stagnating product they offer at inflated prices, Seda Vertis is an utter disappointment and I will avoid at all costs. There are many better and more cost effective hotels in QC, at least ones that are connected to their guests rather than policy and being unfriendly at their own discretion.
flexibility of check in time, thumbs up for the personnel who allowed us to go to our room which was a great relief for us who had a long travel from Laguna. the cleanliness of the room esp. the cleaning personell - Larissa, she was friendly and cleaned well the room. pool's personnel were quick in giving first aid to the boy who slide from the pool while we were there.
our room's view was a bit depressing as we had a view of the shanties nearby. the floor beside the pool was slippery when it was wet and pool's closing time, would be better if the pool closes at 10pm.
Overall experience was above average
Delayed services (i.e. room requests, checkout) and too expensive
I really liked the lobby. I liked the straight up bar. Pool was nice.
The shower was horrible. No water pressure , No hot water. It was an adventure just to get clean in the shower. Room is either too cold or to hot . The blinds do not cover all of the sunlight. Working in the BPO industry it is sometimes at night.
