Quaint cabins with everything you need and more for comfortable stay. Clean place. Lots of firewood. Hot water with good pressure.
Mattress in our bedroom was uncomfortable and left the nights restless.
We decided to arrive a night early last minute and the staff was able to accommodate us. We did have to leave a voice message and they called us back. We never saw them the whole trip. Parking was easy; you could almost pull right up to your door depending on the room. Really convenient for unloading/loading the car. It looked like some larger suites had covered front entry rooms where you could leave your boards/boots/skis protected from the elements but out of your way. We didn’t get or need keys. Our door was coded which made it easier to get in and out. There was a chain lock on the inside which we used at night. We stayed in a cute and clean suite that had a cabin feeling to it. There was a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, cups, cupboards, a dresser. The heater was unobtrusive and worked well once we figured it out (and closed the bathroom door to decrease draft. The clock has USB plugs for convenient cell phone charging at night. There were like 6-8 hooks for our jackets hats and keys- clutch. Being outside of town have the experience a woodsy feel which we loved. We’d stay here again.
It is not close to any retail so you have to plan and shop properly if you want to have your pantry stocked for your stay. Or be ready to drive into town for a nice dinner or entertainment (NOT that far tho). We never could figure out how to turn the desk lamp on. It didn’t impact our stay that much. The shower light did not work. Or we could not find it. The shower faucets were very sensitive and it was kind of cold in there even with the water on. For our 1 bedroom suite you had to do the dishes in the bathroom sink. Luckily it was large enough to clean the dinner plates. We would have liked to use the jacuzzi but we kind of intimidated with setting it up ourselves. Plus it’s enclosed and didn’t have that snowy feel of outdoor hot tubs. The checkout instructions need to be updated- ex. we didn’t get keys.
Lodge like feel.
Bedding could have been a bit higher quality.
Responsive maintenance and the gentleman was so nice (On a Sunday!!). Also, parking was nice to fit a big van.
New recycling bin without the tiny holes.. cardboard spot would be nice too.
Very clean All necessary kitchen supplies. Great parking.
Water pressure and temperature regulation was not good
