Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the railway station, bus stand, and Meenakshi Amman temple, making it convenient for travelers. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, with complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service is often described as poor, with unresponsive or unhelpful staff and delays in fulfilling requests. Room size is frequently mentioned as small or inadequate, and several guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price charged. Despite the location advantage, improvements in cleanliness, service, and overall value are needed.
