The staff of a 4 stars hotel in the Spanish capital should know English language and not only Spanish.

Room and bathroom were very clean, room was spacious and the hotel is in front of a bus stop that leaves you in city centre.
Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and also were the pillows. The room drawers and minibar door were falling apart
