Pros (+) Excellent bed sheets
Cons (-) Miserable people at the front desk, brutally rough and impolite. Very cynical manager on duty, (Pedro?), of the old school of management; promising but not delivering, so as to control clients. Not coming back.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the excellent and varied breakfast options. The location was found to be convenient, with easy access to public transport and city attractions, though some mentioned temporary metro closures. Cleanliness of rooms and common areas was also highlighted positively. However, several guests were disappointed by the small size of the pool, which did not meet their expectations based on photos.AI-generated from customer reviews
