Easy check-in; friendly & helpful staff
The room was small, dark with dirty walls . After my return in the evening, I found my room open, with scattered things. Fortunately my money and other important things were on safe box. Any recompense or even apology. Scandal! Never again!
The location was very good.
The bathroom wasn't clean.
This is very cheap accomodation in the centre of town. The price is its redeeming factor, and the two staff members I encountered were both really lovely and helpful when I asked for extra blankets.
The bed is uncomfortable and small - it would be a very uncomfortable night's sleep for a couple. The sheets were ill-fitting and came off during the night and the bed is lined in plastic. The rooms are incredibly noisy and it is possible to hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms and hallway.
We were in Madrid in late October. Heating was not required because it was not cold. Was very low for two nights, I really liked it. The room was clean, had no windows, but we were only there to sleep, we were all day in the city. The bathroom was clean and the room is the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. Is a Cuban lady, always forget the name, but it was nice and helpful, she did not speak English, so pointing. the situations were funny. The machine has just started in the evening, and was allowed to leave our luggage there.Nearby there is everything: restaurants, shops, a cafe and wine, which sold cigarettes, internet cafe, lots of souvenir shops. The metro is very easy to went there, and only 2 euros a ticket.Students, and ideal
The room and the bathroom was small. There was no window in the room, and we could not ventilate.
