It is in the middle of everything
It doesn't have hair dryer, the bed make too many noise when you sleep
Very central location, nothing else.
Offputting stuff with an unprofessional approach. Checking in took ages, because they didn't get my name right on the reservation, and the woman in the reception didn't know how to use the credit card terminal. Calling our room 'double' is really an overstatement - the bed was too narrow. Much was broken: the shower cabin walls, the shower hose, the headboard. There was a man walking up and down the corridor all night talking loudly.
The excellentview and the location!
the towel is not really clean
Perfect location, almost don't even need to use the metro. Free internet access
When we arrived we had to pay all the stay in advance and then we were accompanied by two unfriendly persons into a very bad apartment 300mt away from the hostal...bad smell, very unpleasant place, impossible to stay there! So we went back to the hostal asking for a better room, which fortunately he had... who knows why didn't he give to us before! The room was very small but quite clean, except the towels, very old. To keep the luggage on the last day they charge you 5€ per item!
Every thing was spotless and the doors were manned making it secure at all times.
It's situated perfectly - close to a metro stop, very centric, on the other hand the main street is very noisy so for some people it may be a problem. The hostel itself is calm, clean, feels quite homie, the administrator doesn't speak english well but smiles a lot and is helpful so what else one might need? Would recommend it for travellers that do not look for a party place and are ok with simple things.
It was a good location and very close to the metro, large ensuite room.
I found the receptionist on arrival very rude - i only speak basic spanish and she could not speak any english. She handed me a piece of paper in spanish to complete which i couldn't understand and rudely pointed to the areas on the passport which she wanted written in - she clearly knew the information herself but was obviously too lazy to do it. This hotel is on the 5th floor of a tenement block comprising of various other hostels. We were due to return to this hotel at the end of our spanish trip but cancelled and found a much better hotel in the same area for only 10 euro's more per night.
Apartment we were using was in different building than reception. Go to 5th floor with luggage, come down, cross the street...
Great hostel for a great price. Very friendly staff and great service.
The shower flooded the first night, but we just used towels to soak up the water.
Good central location for cheap price. So good price/return.
Staff speaks only spanish, but we understood each other.
