The room was night, the bathroom always clean, and is in the middle of a lot or touristic places in Madrid.
You can’t use the kitchen to cook your own food.

We stayed in a double room. The bunk bed was modern and comfortable, not one of those squeaking and shaking older models. There were enough power outlets. Traffic from the outside could not be heard, because the room had a little balcony with wooden shutters towards the street. The place is central.
Nothing particular comes to my mind. Like in other Mediterranean places you are not supposed to flush toilet paper because the plumbing is not good enough. But of course not all guests obey the rules, so blockage can happen.

Really good staff at front desk, room was amazing, very clean and modern. Shared bathrooms again always clean and very upto date and modern. The communal area really good with good facilities. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone coming to madrid. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked how nice and clean the room was. The bathroom and beds were very nice and it was super easy to make myself comfortable. I also loved that even after I checked out, I was able to use the facilities in the kitchen to make myself something to eat and sit comfortably until I had to leave for the airport. The staff was also very kind and informative about their policies and house rules. Loved my stay and would stay again!
