The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately only one of the staff speaks any English which makes communication difficult.
The breakfast was truly awful. There is no breakfast service just a staff member standing uncomfortably in the corner looking around, on their phone or eating themselves from the breakfast buffet!!!! Come on guys you can do better than that. Self service Coffee was days old and left brewing overnight or god knows how long in the dispenser. It was the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. It would be nice to be offered a latte or cappuccino, we are in Italy after all!!! Cold hard boiled eggs left overnight on the buffet table, a choice of 2 Stale breads and some lost croissants. The nut selection were peanuts in their shell. The selection of meats an cheeses were not great and had wholesaler cash and carry written all over them. Everything from the jams to the spreads were prepackaged. I have two words to describe your breakfast. Awful and Lazy. I hope you take these comments on board and inject some passion back into your breakfast. I am a hotel owner myself and would be ashamed to offer such a shabby product. Turning off the lights in one half of the dining room after guests have finished their breakfast there is rather unpleasant for those of us that are left left. Fitness equipment also doesn’t belong in a dining room. The matras was for some reason really uncomfortable all four in our party felt the same.
Breakfast was ok, although the selection was not great.
The rooms need some tlc. The hotel is lacking in charm, it's a bit like staying at a hostel, with rooms.
It’s very good accommodation for money I paid. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially wonderful dog as mascot of the hotel. Situated near Prodolago lift.
Next to skiing slope. only 200m to elevator.
Small old bed. Too small shower cabin. No warm breakfast.
Hotel Zeni is a little gem of a family run hotel. Very clean and comfortable, and fabulous location close to the centre of the town, 300m from the nearest lift, and very easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast, and great value. Ski locker room in the hotel.
When you stay at Hotel Garnì Zeni in Madonna di Campiglio, you'll be near ski lifts, just steps from Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta and 4 minutes by foot from Madonna di Campiglio Ski Area. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free valet parking is available onsite.
