This hotel has always been great for our family of 5, but recently I noticed the furniture and appliances are getting pretty worn. For example, the fake leather on the office chair was falling off, the refrigerator wouldn't cool down, and the sink drained very slowly. Pros (+) Very clean. Staff was excellent! Very accommodating
Cons (-) It’s near the highway so there was constant road noise. My room had a bathroom fan that couldn’t be turned off and kept getting louder and louder so I switched rooms.

Pros (+) The architecture and decor are impressive, and the place looks like new. Very, very clean.
Cons (-) The mattress was uncomfortably hard, and I lost sleep as a result. Although I've rated the hotel very high in most areas, we may not stay there next time because of the bed.

Cons (-) The hotel shuttle does not run on weekends! The fumes from the hot tub were noxious. Limited breakfast buffet should be free, instead of ~$10.
