Pros (+) Hotel appeared lovely. Unfortunately we were unable to get the room we had reserved. They reported that there was a glitch in the electronic system and although we were able to book a room online they had no rooms available.
Cons (-) We booked a room online through booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel there were no rooms available. We were told that there was a glitch in the booking system. No attempts were made to contact us prior to our arrival, although the room was booked on the a couple hours in advance.
