Hotel has building works going on currently, which means that a temporary Reception is being used and there is no restaurant. This information was not disclosed before booking. Pros (+) A couple of nice touches - safe, mini fridge, accessible power points, coffee (instant). The breakfast buffet is good, but fully priced - no bargain.
Cons (-) Feels as though every penny of cost has been squeezed out - as a result it seems functional but not at all a “treat” to be there. The rates are quite high to take advantage of business people going to EU organisations within walking distance.
