Location, frendly staff, good coffe, available free of charge all day

Last stage room very hot, air conditioning works loud and weak, small window, awfull window view. Very poor breakfast, served an inconvenient way, cold boilled eggs in the fridge, no hot dishes, no vegetables. Other hotel in Luxembourg with similar price served more variuos breakfast.

Comfortable bed, situated near to the train station.

Size of the bed too big for such a small room. Table too small. Bath room not well cleaned. Situated in the milieu of prostitution, therefore a lot of noise coming from the street.

Location on 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. General apearance of the hotel was a little less than we are used from a Mercure, but the location and fair price (79 in our case) make up for that.

Bigger (particular longer) cars cannot park in the hotel garage, a public garage is on a few minutes walking distance.

Comfortable bed

Small rooms! Almost no space next to the bed, I stayed only one night, which was ok, but otherwise claustrophobic to stay for longer time...

The staff were very helpful. The location is very central.

The rooms are tiny. Very limited international tv channels.

staff not very friendly and competent. gave us first a room which was not cleaned. Did not even appologize for that but gave a replacement without any problem.

Very convenient location.

Noisy with windows open. Good to have ventilation and sound insulation. WiFi arrangement good but not very flexible (no feedback on time remaining). Shower not hot at peak times.
