Pros: Room very comfortable and clean. Very friendly, professional and attentive staff. The overall service was great. Everything was better than expected

Pros: There a few hotels that I will always remember and Christian's hotel is certainly one of them. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I ever staid in. The staff is absolutely exceptional.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very clean hotel, large very comfortable rooms and good food in the restaurant. Every member of staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive and going out of their way to be helpful, it's fair to say one is truly pampered! Even for all day outings they helpfully provide travel food unrequested. Very helpful with travel advise and organisation of day excursions and even going out of their way to be helpful when bankmachine didn't work.

Cons: The staff bowed everytime one went into the lift, which I understand is very polite in China, but coming from England, I felt awkward.

Pros: We are very happy to stay at Christian's hotel, the customer services were superb, staffs are very attentive with knowledge and very positive attitude. The provides evening snack for free with varirous type of fruit, dumpling, snack and drink, we don't need dinner as we were full. All hotel facilities are also perfect, I really like the hotel breakfast on 18th floor, there are variety in food choices with great coffee. I do recommend everyone stay in this hotel and enjoy its great breakfast and atmosphere.

Cons: There is no power plug for hair dryer in the bathroom

Pros: This hotel goes way far beyond our expectation. Front staffs, concierge guys, dining room staffs, housekeepers - all of them are very helpful, attentive and so polite. The hotel is really generous in offering many free services, gifts, souvenirs, free unlimited bottled water to consume in the hotel or to take out. When we were leaving for a trip to Longmen Grottoes on our second morning, one of the front staffs came rushing and handed us a bag containing 2 bottles of drinking water and a selfie stick. What a delightful surprise! We'd been looking to buy one since we lost our old one lately. The Christian's Hotel Luoyang had us surprised in every turn and aspect. It spoiled us so much that from now on we wouldn't be able to stay at other hotels without comparing them with what we got from here. Thank you all the staffs for treating us so perfectly. We had the most amazing stay. Oh and the buffet breakfast were also very enjoyable.

Pros: Really nice staff. Served with complimentary water and fruits upon arrival and on the second day of staying. Also gifted various small travelling items which are helpful. Free parking lot right in front of hotel door with valet parking. Great breakfast with lots of choice of food.

Cons: shower place is a bit small, but it is not too bad when considering the overall experience.

Pros: A very good hospitality. A warm welcome for guests especially towards foreigners.

Pros: The room has various supplies, such as umbrellas, sewing tools, first-aids, etc. The teapot works extremely well for us to brew teas and coffee.

Pros: - responsive staff (few times before our arrival we were writing to the hotel and every time we got response within 1 hour) - professional staff (we were very well welcomed; staff picked us up from the taxi and guided towards reception and explained everything) - cleanliness (living room, bedroom and bathrooms were extremely cleaned) - well equipped (bathroom was very well equipped with all needed accessories)
