Pros: Breakfast was great - you had the opportunity to get the chef's cooking eggs as you want it. Excellence service afterwards, we were so unlucky to forget luggage, but the front desk identified the lost pieces and sent it to our home address express. We would recommend going there again.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much! Impeccable service, especially during breakfast, wonderful breakfast buffet with rolls, pastries, cold cuts, Müsli, Omelette station and local delicacies, rooms spotlessly clean (although on the small side), great rooftop sauna with view of the city. The only complaints we have is that we weren't helped with finding a rental car (it was a busy weekend) and that the gym equipment was minimal. Othwerwise great hotel within walking distance of all Lubeck landmarks and restaurants!

The hotel has a pillow menu AND a mattress topper option, which we loved. The room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were really good. Cons: There were signs for a rooftop lounge. We understood that it was for events only, but would have been a nice finish of the day to enjoy a drink up there. We found the price for a one night's stay somewhat steep. We enjoyed the stay very much, but it wasn't amazing value for the money.

Cons: Housekeeping forgot to clean our room the first day - had to call upon our return in the evening to get fresh towels and a quick room cleaning. 2nd day was fine. The hotel could provide a couple of free bottles of water each day. Wouldn’t cost them much and would be a nice gesture, but instead they put two bottles in a cabinet in the room with a price that’s about double the market price.

Cons: The airconditioning did not work - or there were no airconditioning... which is uncommon for hotels like Park Inn. The bath room was like a steam room for an hour after showering. Should not be a problem when the temperature outside isn't as high as it was when we visited. The staff in the reception was OK, but no smiles exchanged, and she was very short and brief.

We stayed here twice on either side of a couple of days in Copenhagen & on both occasions we didn't hear a sound whilst in our room even though on two occasions there had been coach parties staying there. The choice at breakfast was excellent and quality was very good. We were travelling by train and the hotel is literally less than a minute from the station entrance. We travelled to Copenhagen with Flixbus and the bus stop was also a 1 minute walk around the corner. Plenty of local buses ran from outside and just behind the building opposite is a large bus station for local services.

Cons: Not much we didn't like. Lifts (US: elevators) are only two and extremely small and claustrophobic. They should build/install new spacious ones outside the facade to make it easier for guests to get between the floors.

Cons: Firstly, it should have indicated on their booking page that the swimming pool was out of service for the whole month of August and have different opening times for the sauna in the summer. We only found out as we had already checked in. Upon check out, we were told that there was an alternative service to go to the nearest gym which has pool facilities but by there we were ready to go home . For a 4* hotel, there were no extra towels, pillows available. There could have been complimentary toiletries provided rather than cheap hand-hair-body soap which you get from 2*/3* hotels. Breakfast again wasn't that great. Poor selection to start with. Hotel could have offered freshly squeezed juices rather than post mixed ones. Parking wasn't free and an extra 15 Euros

Cons: The rooms at the front of the hotel are loud. Our room wasn't very clean - hair in the bed, dust on the shelves intended for putting clothes on. Very basic furniture, also in the breakfast room, but for the price ok. We would prefer a personal check-in rather than the machine. The lack of a lift could be a problem for some.

Cons: Air conditioning worked for 5 minutes then stoped working alltogether, there was no body at the reception to take this up with by this point single duvet on a double bed??? 2nd bed above the main one had no sheet on it so i had to sleep on the matress protector. despite me telling them on the booking to make sure both the beds where made up (in both English and German), as i have had this before in ibis hotels in germany i do not want to sleep with my father. Ihey did not get gluten free bread in for me as i requested. clapped out cars in the carpark the carpark was heavily overgrown and there where weeds everywhere.

Pros: The hotel was easy to find and in a good location. The room was generally clean and bigger than I expected. Breakfast was great.
Cons: I would like to see more attention to detail, such as making sure the dispenser in the shower contains shower gel, that there are tissues in the tissue boxes, glasses available etc. There street outside was quite noisy some nights.

Pros:
Cons: The shower, bath and sink were not working properly and there was no extra bed for our child. It is seriously outdated and repairs have not been done for quite some time.

Pros: The hotel had a great location and the family room was great for us (kids aged 1 and 3).
Cons: The staff that helped check us in couldn't find our booking at first. Then he had a little bit of trouble getting a receipt.

Cons: Buffet was terrible - problem with small flies and no refrigeration. The bread roles were warm and fresh though. Bathroom was unhygienic - shower had mould, basin was too high off the floor (dangerous with nothing to hold on to) and shower doors difficult to move. Thorough cleaning required. Bedroom window - locking mechanism jammed. No hairdryer in room as stated. We made the mistake of paying for the buffet in advance and asked for a refund after the first day (for the following days) but the staff declined.
