The hotel was amazing, the food was perfect and the staff were more than accommodating. The bedding was super comfortable and the embroidered pillow with my initials was the icing on the cake.
The only thing I didn't love was the price of the room and food.
The Peninsula is pure class. The location is excellent. Superb service - all the staff members are personable and professional. Menus at the Belvedere, the lobby bar and rooftop garden offer excellent choices and well executed.
breakfast is expensive but the amout of food is relatively small .
some staff are so errogant and they looked ignore asian .
Loved the bedding. The location is the best. Perfectly situated.
Superb place, great concierge advice and help. Wonderful restaurants.
I was travelling with some jet lag from Europe - they kindly offered a Nespresso machine which took 3 calls to be delivered and was broken, so required additional calls to be replaced finally with a working model... The lobby is taken over by high tea most of the time, so there is scant place to relax
