The staff was nice
Hard bed. Small pillow. Old in general. Dirty spots. Very low shower head
I did not like this hotel.
The hotel was dated. The walls and floors were thin, I could hear everyone yelling and talking outside of the room as well as the people stopping their feet above my room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The service is what made it a great hotel and a great experience.
I did not like that in addition to paying for hotel you had to pay for parking per night. Also the smell of perfume was very strong which caused several of us to get headaches.
Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Great restaurant for breakfast on the second floor.
The bed in our room was very hard. Almost like sleeping on the floor.
Very friendly and professional staff in the hospitality businesses! I highly enjoyed my stay.
It was cleaner than all hotels in the area that I've stayed in. The staff was courteous and the rooms were nice.
Not much except the bed wasn't very comfortable. They did tell me they were going to refurbish soon, so I'm excited to see how it will be.
Yes tons! Front desk tried to charge me extra $5.00 thinking I wouldn't know how much i reserved my room for. Then asking me to just sign with no price written out or receipt. Rooms were detroyed tv didn't work. horrible....
It was in a slightly nicer area of Korea Town.Cheap parking.
Outdated everything, uncomfortable beds, the whole building smelled like cigarettes.
Room was clean & quiet, housekeeping girl was courteous, friendly and respectful. Paid attention to cleaning the room very carefully.
Front desk staff was un-cooperative and unfriendly. Air conditioning wasn't working on Friday evening & night. Didn't fix it until Saturday afternoon. Deceptive advertising ie free breakfast that was only for corporate account holders. No free breakfast.
The hotel is in a state of dis-repair; carpeting throughout the hotel is badly soiled. The central air sounds like a freight train when it kicks in; the elevators make unsavory noises; marble tiles are cracking and no maintenance staff on duty.
Hotel staff and service were great. The restaurant was absolutely amazing !
